Are the item listed on the site authentic?
- All items are 100% authentic.
How can I pay for goods purchased?
- Goods can be paid for by credit card, PayPal, Bank Transfer, Afterpay or Zip.
How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
- We provide next day shipping, if not same day (excluding public holidays and Sundays).
How can I track my order?
- You will be sent your tracking number via email.
Are the pairs listed brand new or pre-loved?
- All pairs unless stated otherwise are new, and in the case of pre-loved pairs we provide accurate information regarding their condition.
Where is my order being shipped from?

What is your returns policy?
If for some reason your purchase is not as ordered you must email us within 5 business days at returns@ausell.com.au. Please email us with all details including the reason a return is being requested.
We will review each situation on a case-by case basis but we cannot accept return of goods due to a change of mind or your sizing mistakes. Otherwise all sales are final so please shop carefully. If a return is authorised by us the products must be returned carefully packaged, in the condition they were sent to you by us, accompanied by our authorisation documents. We will do our best on a case by case basis but won't make any guarantees. Please shop carefully.
Exchanges for faulty products will be at our sole discretion and if accepted will be dealt with either an exchange (based on stock availability) or via store credit upon us receiving the returned goods. You must advise us within 5 business days of receiving the item and prior to any item being worn.
