Purchasing goods online from www.ausell.com.au 

In purchasing goods from our online store you are agreeing that you are over 18 years of age (or the age applicable in your country of residence) or have given your explicit permission for any minor dependents to so purchase goods from this site. It is your responsibility to provide the correct personal and shipping details. We will send you an order acknowledgement email to the email address which you provide in the order process.

This order acknowledgement email will contain your order number, and details of the goods ordered. Please note this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received. Confirmation of your purchase will follow and goods will not be shipped until your payment is received and cleared. Where you select to pay by credit or charge card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.

We must receive full payment of the price of the goods and shipping, or appropriate authorisation from Afterpay if you are paying by Afterpay, before we can allocate stock to your order.

All prices and charges on the website are in Australian dollars. All prices are inclusive of GST (where applicable). We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.

This e-commerce store is hosted on the Shopify Inc platform.

Returns policy

If for some reason your purchase is not as ordered you must email us within 5 business days at info@au-sell.com Please email us with all details including the reason a return is being requested.

We will review each situation on a case-by case basis but we cannot accept return of goods due to a change of mind or your sizing mistakes. Otherwise all sales are final so please shop carefully. If a return is authorised by us the products must be returned carefully packaged, in the condition they were sent to you by us, accompanied by our authorisation documents. We will do our best  on a case by case basis but won't make any guarantees. Please shop carefully.

Returns/Exchanges for products will be at our sole discretion and if accepted will be dealt with either an exchange (based on stock availability) or refund via store credit upon us receiving the returned goods. You must advise us within 5 business days of you receiving your item and prior to any item being worn.

In the unlikely circumstance of your product arriving in a condition not as shown/described by us we will, at our sole discretion, issue a refund. 

Product information

We do our best at all times to provide highly accurate information about our products. We cannot however be held responsible for any errors made in good faith but we will do our best to remedy any such errors should they occur, the extent of any such remedies to be at our sole discretion and no less than that required at law.

We do our very best to accurately reflect the colours and images of our products but cannot be responsible for the accuracy (or not) of the display of colours on your computer, tablet or smartphone. All products are provide on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AUSELL is not liable (whether in contract, tort, under statute or otherwise) for any loss, damage or expense (including special, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit or revenue, loss of use, interruption of business, loss of data, legal costs or settlement costs or otherwise) in connection with (i) use of this website, any hyperlinked website, , materials on this website or to third party material (ii) the transmission os any computer viruses, worms, trojan horses and other harmful and destructive material, or (iii) any inability to access or use the website due to technical reasons beyond our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by Law, AUSELL provides no representations or warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability or otherwise in relation to any information provided by AUSELL on this website. Where liability cannot be excluded, the maximum liability of AUSELL for a breach of any term, condition or warranty implied by law or otherwise is limited, at the election of AUSELL, to (a) resupply of the relevant advice, service, recommendation or information; or (ii) payment to you of the cost of having the relevant advice, service, recommendation or information supplied again.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of NSW.
