Returns Policy
We do not provide refunds unless the product provided to you by us differs to the description or condition we advertised.
It is important that sizes are selected carefully as future size availability is unable to be guaranteed. Size exchanges may be possible at our sole discretion and based on availability. We need to be notified within 7 days of the initial goods being received by the receiver should you wish to request a size exchange.
Should a requested size exchange not be possible and you wish to return the goods we will issue a credit note towards a future purchase.
The returned item/s and packaging must first be returned in the same condition they were in when sent out by us.
- No damage or markings
- No creases or wear (eg as a result of being tried on or worn)
- All original packaging and tags included
- Spare laces / accessories must be also included
- Provision of proof of purchase

Shipping Policy
- All orders are processed as soon as practicable following their receipt
- All pairs are carefully packed by us and shipped with Australia Post (unless we advise you otherwise)
- We make sure to get your order out to you ASAP, providing same day or next day shipping (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
- We will provide you with a tracking number and delivery updates on your order will be sent to your email / phone number by Australia Post or nominated courier
