Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. In limited circumstances, such as during peak order periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. Every order is carefully packed by our team before being shipped via Australia Post, unless otherwise advised.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number. Delivery updates will then be sent directly to your email address or mobile number by Australia Post or the nominated courier.

Sneaker orders are carefully packaged to help protect both the sneakers and their original box throughout transit. Each pair is wrapped in protective bubble wrap before being placed inside a second shipping box for added protection.
Clothing orders are shipped in either a protective satchel or a double-boxed parcel, depending on the size and nature of the item.
